Ellen Su

Ellen’s passion for animation sparked from anime shows like Cowboy Bebop and Sailor Moon. Currently she is developing an indie anime series inspired by Chinese mythology, kung fu movies and 90s style anime through Studio MoonMoon.

With over 10 years of experience in the animation industry, Ellen Su has developed a wide variety of skill sets along the way in positions such as the Director at Nathan Love, Head of Artistic Recruiting at Titmouse, Freelancer for studios like The Mill, Framestore, R/GA and Psyop, and a PUP Technical Director Intern at Pixar. After graduating from the School of Visual Arts, she returned years later to teach in the BFA Computer Art program where she fostered award-winning student films. In her spare time, Ellen has helped non-profit organizations such as Women in Animation and the Titmouse Foundation develop scholarships and accelerator programs.
